| TWO NEW WATERS ENLARGE OUR OFFER OF WATERS AROUND THE WORLD |
 |
From the far Sake region comes Ensui, water which has been used for 140 years to elaborate the best Japanese Sakes. The water falls as snow and rain and it is filtered through the soil, keeping it at 10ºC for the whole year. On the mouth it produces a nice sensation; it is perfect with fishes, makis, sushis and sushimis.
From Italy comes Lurisia, exactly from Monte Pigna (1460 m). A clean environment far away from any pollution, this is the reason why Lurisia water is light and low in sodium.
Its name proceeds of the word “losa” (flagstone) because of the stones which are placed on the bottom of the lake. The legend tells that the lake appeared due to a mine-worker mistake. Lurisia goes perfect with suhimi and mushroom dishes.
